Visual Floor Planner 2.0 currently shares the support forum with its big sister Visual Building. The forum is where you can join thousands of Visual Building customers in asking questions and making suggestions in the use of Visual Building software products.

You do not need to register to read the forum, but if you want to download any files or write to the forum we do require registration.
The registration is free and is only required to prevent spamming within the forum and so keep out unwanted information.
The support forum is our preferred method of support, because all our users are then able to view your problem and see the answer. Take some time to review the existing questions, comments and suggestions. We are proud with our response time in answering questions via this forum.
Feel free to email us with questions, but more often than not the question will be added to the forum (anonymously) where the answer will also be displayed. We also give priority to questions asked on the forum.

We prefer to use email to provide high quality support directly from our team. With many businesses big and small using Visual Floor Planner, we also find it’s the best way to ensure all inquiries are given equal treatment.
We understand that email is not some people’s preferred way of receiving support. We’ve built Documentation with resources, guides, tips, and answers to most common questions about using Visual Floor Planner. We’ve yet to encounter an issue that couldn’t be resolved through our documentation, FAQ, or via email.
We find that email is the most efficient way for us to help you because:
